What happens after payment?

May I return or exchange a product?

Qualifying new defective and non-defective merchandise can be returned, and eligible exchanges are accepted. Apply within 30 days after delivery and wait for approval before mailing. A free prepaid label comes in the package, and no restocking fee is imposed. Review the Refund Policy.

How are approved refunds handled?
