Eligible requests

We accept qualifying returns for new defective and non-defective items and consider eligible exchanges. Non-defective goods must remain unused and in original condition. Damage, defects, incorrect products, missing parts or material listing differences may be reported within 30 days after delivery.

How to begin

Email yadavnndlal716@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason and desired outcome. For a problem item, preserve relevant parts and include clear photos or video. Do not mail before approval and exact return instructions; the published correspondence address is not automatically a returns facility.

Prepaid return and credit

The original package includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible mail return. Use it after approval and contact us if it cannot be found. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on review and stock. We process or initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days; bank posting can take longer.
